Monthly Individualized Training Programs require the individual to have a GPS device to track metrics such as Pace, Distance, and Speed. Other metrics that may be required are Heart Rate, Cadence, Calorie Burn, Power, and Body Composition.

Running Program – $100/monthly Plus a $99 One Time Sign Up Fee

  • – One Free 1-on-1 Session (valued at $60)
  • – Training Peaks Premium Account (valued at $10/month)
  • – Running sessions are emailed the evening before or morning of training
  • – Weekly Individualized Training Sessions

  • – Race Planning, Recovery Planning
